Combining his legal acumen with business expertise, he has guided organizations through complex transactions, and led contract negotiation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Jason co-founded CleanBay Renewables, where he secured over $1.5B in renewable energy commitments and spearheaded $40M+ in early-stage investment transactions.
His business and legal experience underpinned strategic planning, mergers, and acquisitions, notably growing an internet consulting firm to $85M in revenue through five integrated acquisitions. As general counsel and legal strategist, he has overseen contract processes, corporate finance, and intellectual property agreements. As a member of the Maryland State Bar, Jason leverages his dual expertise in law and business to deliver value across corporate and financial operations.
