Eugene Schroeder, with over 20 years in real estate, began buying and selling Florida properties in 1997. Specializing in wholesale, he has also succeeded in rehab projects, rentals, and land deals. Schroeder co-founded “Bank On It!” flipping 10-15 properties a month, and over 3,000 in total, focusing on distressed real estate.As the star of “Flip Wars” and “Those Flipping Guys,” they help other investors flip homes for profit. Through TFG, they offer memberships with tools and mentorship for aspiring real estate entrepreneurs. Eugene brings extensive real estate and fix & flip experience and project success to Goldleaf.
