Carla has 25 years of real estate transaction and capital investment experience and over $5B in transactional volume. Carla has held several corporate leadership positions over her career. Notably, Managing Director of a $1B land banking fund for publicly-traded developers and VP of Diligence of one of the largest privately-owned REITs in the U.S., spearheading a $2.1B sale of multi-family assets to AIMCO. Carla is a graduate of Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management, EMBA Program.
